The areas of interest are as outlined below on your website covering :  

1.            Business correspondence in English - letters, e-mails etc;

2.            Business telephone calls &  conference calls;

3.            English pronunciation - overcoming particular problems Spanish speakers have;

4.            Voice work – reading, vocal strength, intonation & stress etc;

5.            Giving presentations & conducting meetings in English;

6.            Sales techniques in English;

The participants would be between 2-4 and ideally 2 hour long sessions delivered in our Madrid office environment"
